Debora Marrone – event coordinator, treasurer and social media manager
Currently a Master’s student in Particle Physics here in Bari. Kinda shy but if you let her talk about pop music or any sport, she won’t stop! Loves to stay in the lab for hours even if it drives her crazy.

Pasquale Raso – social media, food and beverage manager
Master’s student in Theoretical Physics at the University of Bari, big fan of boards (especially chalk ones) and the Principle of Least Action. He probably won’t ever stay quiet, but his goal is to make you laugh, hope he can pull it off. Becoming his friend is easy, just come have a drink with him 😉

Claudia Franco – scientific program and social/cultural events coordinator
Master’s student in Theoretical Physics and Complex Systems, naturally shy but deeply passionate about science and eager to share it. I’m involved in science communication with the Cittadella Mediterranea della Scienza and Generazione STEM. If you’re looking for me, you’ll probably find me on roller skates… or next to a chalkboard.

Raimondo Lucariello – accomodation and transportation manager
Bachelor’s student in Physics at the University of Bari and Vice President of the AISF local committee. Driven by curiosity and obsessed with formality, he developed a strong interest in neuroscience. He is also a passionate supporter of “la Bari”.

Giorgia Stefania Cantore – treasurer and merchandising manager
Bachelor’s student in Physics, about to graduate and dive into a Master’s in Complex Systems. Cheerful and playful, a hopelessly indie girl who’s always up for sharing playlists and dark humour. Always ready to split a focaccia or a panzerotto (with a smile!).

Chiara Perilli – food and beverage and social/cultural events manager
Third year student of Physics at the University of Bari. She is attracted by the physics of matter and climate but her future is still to be decided. She spends most of her time studying, in the rest of her time she likes to travel, read and spend time with friends. She likes Spanish and is very extroverted.

Francesco Albergo – public relations and scientific program manager
Master’s student in Condensed Matter Physics and Photonics, with a strong passion for hands-on experiments across the spectrum of physics. Involved in science communication, he collaborates with the Cittadella Mediterranea della Scienza to bring the wonders of science closer to the public.

Vincenzo Patierno – public relations manager

His academic path is focused on understanding the fundamental properties of matter, with the goal of developing practical and sustainable solutions that can be applied to everyday life. Passionate about research and experimentation, Vincenzo aims to bridge theory and application to contribute to scientific progress and improve quality of life through technology.

Marco Vallarelli – IT manager and photographer
Master’s student in Theoretical Physics at the University of Bari, involved in science communication with the Cittadella Mediterranea della Scienza; cinema and photography lover!

Marco D’Amato – public relations manager
Bachelor’s student in Physics at the University of Bari, with a soft spot for theoretical astrophysics and cosmology. Endlessly curious about the universe and everything in it. A nature lover and a sailor at heart: take me to the sea and you’ll see me at my happiest!

Mattia Magaletti – graphic design and merchandising manager
Bachelor’s student in Physics at the University of Bari. Occasionally sketches some clumsy doodles for the local AISF committee. Loves good indie music, alternative comics, offbeat board games, and all kinds of B-movies. A little unusual, maybe even weird, but hey, you work with what you’ve got.
