What is Fisicaffé?
Fisicaffé is an AISF project born within AISF, involving committees spread throughout Italy, from Trieste to Palermo! This podcast project (available on Spotify) aims to discuss a wide range of topics in the world of physics through interviews with various scientific figures. If there are members within your local committee who are interested in participating in the project, they are more than welcome to join our project. Or, even better, if there is a group of people who want to become a working group of their local committee within Fisicaffé and publish one or more episodes during the year, everyone is welcome!

Annalisa Labbe
Bachelor’s student in Physics at the University of Bari “Aldo Moro” and PR Manager for the AISF Bari Committee. Deeply passionate about astrophysics and cosmology, always eager to explore and learn something new. Eternally curious and cheerful, I enjoy connecting with people and nurturing my interests in pop music, piano, and photography

Marialuisa Abbasciano
I am a Master’s student in Condensed Matter Physics and Photonics. I am an event organizer in the local AISF committee and social media & PR manager for Fisicaffè Bari. I love interacting with my colleagues and having fun talking about science. I am very shy, but once I open up I can talk endlessly. I also have a very creative mind and I love working on projects, especially mental ones.

Chiara Perilli
Third year student of Physics at the University of Bari. She is attracted by the physics of matter and climate but her future is still to be decided. She spends most of her time studying, in the rest of her time she likes to travel, read and spend time with friends. She likes Spanish and is very extroverted.

Claudio Scarasciullo
I’m a second-year Master’s student in Theoretical Physics (lord have mercy!). Editor-in-chief of Fisicaffè in Bari and head of the Press Team. I love reading—both books and people—and I’ll never say no to a chat about fashion. Also, pretty sly with a mic in my hand, you’ll see it on the pod!

Nicola Di Serio
He is a Master’s degree student in Theoretical Physics, with a particular interest in stathistical mechanics. He loves to find order in disordered systems, starting from himself. Half italian and half spanish, you can speak to him in whatever language you prefer

Piero Romagno
Master’s student in Condensed Matter Physics. Never been closer to a mental health and the goal of my studies at the same time. You may find me ordering a vodka or chatting about anime and gym with some strangers
